So you’ve been off over Christmas, had a great time, eaten enough food to feed an army and been able to reflect on 2018.
Now it’s January and the mornings are still dark, the weather is grey and damp and everyone seems to no longer be in holiday mode. In times like this it can be very hard to motivate yourself to move in the right direction.
That’s why we’re running this workshop to jump-start you into the right mind-set for 2019!
This workshop will help you learn techniques to be able to reset your mind set to a positive one, and will offer techniques to help deal with the negativity you can come across in day to day life and show you how to integrate these techniques in to your day to day life.
